I can't create a subrace in homebrew attached to the main race. And I can't add traits properly. Can I get help?

Whenever I go to my subrace I can't add any traits to it nor does it appear to be a subrace but a race itself. I also can't add any traits to the main race.

Turn your phone sideways to add traits, it needs the wider display.
