sorry to bother but I can't understand one little thing. I have homebrewed a Cleric subclass for a Nature Domain connected to my homebrewed pantheon - and this is my first time creating a subclass. There are some options to be chosen during the character creation, but unfortunately when my player chooses them they are added to the sheet (ex. there are some spells to be chosen and they are added as I wanted to) but the blue exclamation point never gets away. If I reduce the description of the feature during the building, it just erases the choice from the building but keeps the one already added. My poor player was keeping adding stuff lol
How do I fix this? I've used Life Domain as basis for my homebrewed class because I didn't want to screw up and wanted to learn how to use homebrewing with that example, I thought I did everything right... until now xD
EDIT: I tried to make a character myself using this homebrewed Domain giving the character lvl. 18, to try and see if the other features work. They do, but the "missing choices" I gave on lvl. 1 are still signed as unmarked. One of these choices is to choose two druidic Cantrips between a list of option... and this time at lvl 18 it also gave my character ALL the cantrips I signed as options.
I read the FAQs before creating the subclass, they were already very useful. But as I've read them again I think I found what was my mistake... The "is Infinite" box was not checked, but I confused two different processes and created feature options for each spell instead of creating a list of spells. That's because I followed the same procedure also for the choice of which proficiency to get between three different skills, as in #19 of the FAQ you linked, and I confused them and made the same also for spells.
I did the same a couple of time and not only for spell and it probably did some conflict, because I had the same issue also for the proficiency even if I used the correct procedure. In fact, as I fixed the spells, it all worked!
Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience - and for my confusion!
No need to apologize whatsoever. I’m happy to help. I’m glad you found that FAQ helpful!! Please vote in the survey attached to the FAQ and like/thank/upvote it as well.

I’m not entirely sure how you set up your subclass, but I have my suspicions. You can read how to properly set up a choice of spells in the Homebrew Subclasses & Species FAQ #15: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/homebrew-house-rules/131411-a-homebrewers-how-to-faq). Make sure you don’t check the “Is Infinite” box though.
