No. By taking any levels in Fighter, you've waived your ability to be a full caster; in some regard you will always have fewer casting resources and potential than a pure Bard, Cleric, Druid, Sorcerer, Wizard, or (kind of) Warlock.
If you want to play a warrior with full magical capabilities, I recommend the Bladesinger (from Tasha's Cauldron of Everything) or Hexblade (from Xanathar's Guide to Everything) subclasses.
The Bladesinger is a subclass of Wizard (and thus uses Intelligence). Bladesingers use an arcane "song" (easily reflavored) to enhance their combat capabilities and cast cantrips in conjunction with attacks.
The Hexblade is a subclass of Warlock (and thus uses Charisma) and describes a pact with an extremely powerful magical weapon that has granted the ability to use battle magic.
EDIT: Somehow only now realized this thread is in the Homebrew & House Rules forum. The answer is still no.
I mean, the question is what are you trying to accomplish?
Within the Dndbeyond system, you will have limitations, but nothing will stop you writing "fighter has spell slots at every level" on a piece of paper and boom, homebrewed.
The question is, what do you want to make, and does it need to be homebrewed? Want a ful lcaster who hits things well? A swords bard or bladesinger might be fine for your needs. Want someone who uses magic to hit things harder? Enter the Paladin.
you need more than "make a fighter a full caster" to make this homebrew - what is your vision? What do you want the subclass to do?
That's it, how can I make a Fighter a full spellcaster? Is it even possible?

Wait. Actually, be very afraid.
Not possible, the best you can make them is a “1/3 caster” like the Eldritch Knight. Besides, making them a full caster would be OP.
