I'm working on a homebrew sorcerer subclass. For one of the 6th level abilities, you can deal extra damage, provided you bonded with a weapon of your choice (Ignore the bonded weapon part. Only mentioned for context). Think of it as Rouge's sneak attack, but with the following differences: you get the extra damage at level 6 and the damage starts as a d4 and goes up by 1d4 every second level (8th, 10th, etc.). At level 14, the damage changes from a d4 to a d6. I tried putting it in level scaling, but I don't think that's what it's meant for. So, TL'DR' how do I add a sneak attack copycat ability onto my homebrew subclass?
You add an Action to the feature and [SAVE] it, and then at the bottom of the Action form there will be a new field labled “Level Overrides.” You add the overrides there one at a time.
