I want to use the Purple Dragon Knights Royal Envoy feature for a homebrew subclass but I'm not sure where to find it.
I know that for race features like the Minotaur's Imposing Presence feature are specifically added in as an option, so is it the same for subclass features like this?

You could do it with Options, but this was how they did it:
