My DM created a homebrew legendary item for our Exandria campaign.
I've gone through creating it in the Homebrew section to add to my character's sheet, but I'm having some trouble.
The item allows me to:
Cast Lesser Restoration 3 times a day without materials. Cast Greater Restoration 1 time a day without materials. Cast Remove Curse 1 time a day without materials. Cast a limited version of the Wish spell (remove conditions that Greater Restoration can't remove) 1 time a week with a 20% chance the item becomes nonmagical after casting.
Is there a way to make the homebrew item have a set number of charges per spell? I thought I did it right. Initially before I got the final ability (limited Wish), I had the item have 5 charges and set Lesser Restoration to 1-3 charges, Greater Restoration and Remove Curse to 1 charge each. But it doesn't seem to do that. The item also doesn't replenish charges on a long rest.

No, there’s no way to do that. And if you set a range of charges (1-3 for example), the system will allow you to upcast the spell.
