How to add +1 to all ability scores in a homebrew race?

I’ve tried everything I can, but I can’t add +1 to all stats on a homebrew like a normal human. Any help?

You have to add the following Modifier 6 times, once for each ability score:

Modifier: Bonus->Subtype: [Ability] Score->Fixed Value: 1
