Hey there, 

I'm trying to homebrew a feat which has a Prerequisite of the character having an innate fly speed (from their race or class) but movement Speeds is not one of the types of prerequisites you can select to ensure the builder will enforce the prereq. Unless I'm missing something. 

Can anyone offer any advice? Or can a dev add this to the homebrew builder, please??

Since none of the official feats have any movement speeds as prerequisites, they won’t add them in the system. You’re only option is to just do the text part of the prereq and trust your players.

I did the text part and I do trust my players, when they read everything. I have a player who is famously (in our peer group) quoted as saying, "I'm not gonna read all that." Lol. I'll just keep an eye on it, I guess.

It's unfortunate that they won't make the game more expansive and accessible just because no official content uses it. Oh well.
