I am working on a subclass for my self based around creating potions based on a d100table(it doesnt have 100 options lol). However, In the class as you level up you eliminate options and make the option above or below that option grow to cover those on a d100 roll. For example, if I remove the option that covers 25-26 on the d100 roll, I can make the option above it go from 23-26 or the option after it go from 25-28.
I have this table currently editable in google docs and google sheets however what I want is for the player(me) be able to edit it within the player UI and not have to modify the class everytime I level up to remove an option and change the numbers of the other roles. Thoughts?
No, it’s not possible to make a changeable table. It’s not even possible for the Devs to do it. What you can do is to create multiple features with the same name at the appropriate levels, each with the correct numbers in the table. What will happen is that the higher level features with the same name will incrementally replace the lower level features on the character sheet. The only downside is that they will all be visible on the details page, but if you don’t intend to publish it then you might not care about that.
