Hi, I've been trying to create an item that can cast Chill Touch, Inflict Wounds, and Vampiric Touch with a set attack bonus of +8, but I can't figure out how to do that. All I see when adding spells to a magic item is a box for a Save DC, but not one for attack bonus. I tried putting the attack bonus in there, or what the equivalent save DC would be with the correct stats, but instead it just gives a standard attack bonus equal to proficiency to a non spellcasting class, or uses the character's spell attack bonus if they are a spellcasting class.
I've tried searching through the tutorial posted here in the forums, and doing a few searches through the forums for things like attack bonus or spell attack bonus. All I could find was how to do bonuses to global bonuses, not to the specific spells that are cast from the item using charges.
Am I missing something obvious, or is this a feature that has not yet been added/implemented to D&D Beyond?

Thanks in advance.
No, there is no way to set a fixed attack bonus for a spell attached to a magic item.
