But doesn't anyone fancy making Pointy Hats Otherworldly Patron: The Dragon? I have tried myself, but my little tiny brain can't work it.
This why I need you! yes you person who is 10x more talented and smarter than I!
Much love to the person who does end up doing it.
Can you link to the homebrew? We can't make and then publish it but we could show you how to make it yourself with a guide or video.

So... I'm not going to try on that. It's certainly possible but OMFG is it going to take a long time to implement fully. The long features could be put as text instead but that makes it awkward to use because nothing can be tracked.
The Draconic Form feature has 7 options you have to make selectable. And then you have to remake all 7 again for levels 5, 11 and 17. But wait, there's more! One of the options is an "extra invocation" and there's no way to just do that - so you can leave it as text, resulting in 28 options to make total, or you need to recreate all invocations - there's 54. FIFTY-FOUR. Like you could have this only done for the level 1 set of options so the player would have to select it there but that's awkward. So, to make this fully operational you'd have to make all options and suboptions (sub options are possible but really fecking annoying) would mean making 244 options coded up. TWO-HUNDRED-AND-FORTY-FOUR so, respectfully, **** that.
I am not fast so I have no intention of spending several hours replicating the options. You can leave it as text - but that makes it awkward and pointless since it's basically the only reason to even use this subclass (the other features are less useful than those given in other warlock subclass, so this mega-options feature is the only point of this subclass). Even as text-only, 28 options is still a lot.
I have a brain pseudotumour. This would take too long and hurt me too much. I won't be making this. I am sorry.

It's not quite that bad to make, you only have to make the Draconic form options once and make "options available" be 1,5,11,17. And if you changed "Draconic Kind" into just "Draconic Element" to condense it down into just Fire, Cold, Lightning, Force, Poison, Acid, then you cut down the number of options you need to make by a lot. Though you still have the problem that the Draconic Invocation is completely impossible - honestly, it isn't even thematic so I'd just remove that option.
I'm a little tempted to make a properly balanced & more usable - why does the duration of draconic form change???? - version.
It would be better to make a campaign so DatVyse can make a char, add it, and then remove char.
Publishing it is against the site rules since it isn't your homebrew and the homebrew document you copied it from specifically features a disclaimer it is not to be copied anywhere. This is why I suggested somebody make a guide or video, because we cannot publish it, under Rule 10.

Thinking on this more, if the player who will be using this has Tasha's Cauldron of Everything or at least the Eldritch Adept feat or having these shared, then the invocation option could be changed to add feat - but you cannot have it add the eldritch adept feat you'd need to leave it as "choose a feat", but the player would then be able to select the option and choose the eldritch adept feat, whch will grant the option.

TBH It's not worth it, there are dozens and dozens of HB dragon patrons for warlock already on D&DBeyond many of them similar to the request with features that let you transform into a dragon.

As a tip: Homebrew goes in the Homebrew forum.
General is for stuff that doesn't already have a forum for it.
I'll report this so a Moderator can move this for you.
