The target must make a Strength saving throw with a DC of 13 + your proficiency bonus. If it fails, it takes 1d4 bludgeoning damage and you can choose to either knock it prone or push it 5 feet.
And I'm not sure as to how to set it for the 13 + Prof bonus.
If it forces a saving throw it’s not an attack. An attack requires an attack roll.
You can’t make it do that. All saving throws require a base of 8 + an ability modifier + proficiency bonus. You can add +X to that though if you wish. Why 13+PB with no ability modifier? What’s the reason for that?
I want my ranged attack to do the following:
