Homebrew spells granted by homebrew item

I'm trying to get an internal link to work on a homebrew item that grants a homebrew spell.

Is this possible, if so what do I need to type into the square brackets. I know I need to get rid of the spaces.

Normally I would simply direct you to the General Homebrew FAQ, question #9: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/homebrew-house-rules/131411-a-homebrewers-how-to-faq#GeneralHomebrewFAQ&BasicTroubleshooting). However, I have been informed recently that solution is no longer working. I haven’t really had any opportunity to investigate it myself lately though. If you try it, please let me know whether it works or by on the thread attached to that FAQ. Much obliged if you do
