So I am relatively new to homebrew creation on d&d beyond. I’ve messed with it in the past but not done much with it since I kind of suck at it. I was going about creating a Weapon actions variant for my home game (basically creating actual stuff using the Bg3 actions) but ran into an issue where weapons that were versatile would have 2 different actions for the one attack type. Is there a way to do versatile damage on a weapon action? Or do I just have to create individual actions for the different damage dice values?
Example, I have a set of options for each of the weapons. When you select a weapon, it gives you a list of actions you can do with that weapon. But I’ve had to do a one handed version and a two handed version for the versatile weapons. Is there a way to create a weapon actions with two separate dice values?
Please ask questions if I didn’t explain very well. This is kind of a non problem needing a solution type issue. Any help is appreciated.

You can’t make an Action versatile, no. Do they actually need to be different though?
