Okay.. so I am making a custom Staff for a wizard..

and I want to add an xtra d6 to the cantrips damage that also have to radiant..
Here is the flavour text

(Empowered Cantrips:
The Radiant Arc allows Elara to cast cantrips with enhanced potency. When she casts a cantrip, she can choose to deal radiant damage instead of its normal damage type, and the damage increases by 1d6)

But I dont know how to or if it is possible..

Also want to add this

(Celestial Light:
Once per long rest, Elara can use the wand to cast Daylight without expending a spell slot. This creates a bright light in a 60-foot radius, banishing darkness and revealing hidden creatures or objects.)
But I dont know how to do the per long rest thing.

Anyone that give some advice?

If this is for a magic item, then neither is possible.
