Greetings fellow homebrew enthusiasts! I have a Monk/Warlock multiclass character I plan on playing in an upcoming nautical campaign. I wanted them to have lost their legs and have them replaced with prosthetics by their Patron, the prosthetics serving as their Pact Weapon.
For the life of me however, I have been unable to figure an elegant way of doing this through homebrew. If I start with the Prosthetic Limb, I am not sure how to treat it as a weapon.

Anyone have any suggestions?
Do you need an item at all? Could you not just treat your kicks as unarmed strikes and use your Monk levels to determine the damage dice & attack rolls?

Start with a weapon that has the same damage dice you want for your idea and modify the weapon properties to suit your needs.
