(was going to add screen print but even that is a pain in the a$$) add modifier, Bonus - Armor Class - Abliity score. same spot to add fixed value, but I would add it as another modifier. So I'm making a set of +1 studded leather that uses Charisma instead of Dexterity for the armor bonus. I am currently using the following:
Bonus - Armor Class - CHA
Set - AC Max Dex Armored Modifier - 0
This works to add the charisma, but I still can't get it to drop the dexterity bonus. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Make it a wonderous item, not armor. Using armor as the base item will ALWAYS add the DEX mod or will ALWAYS impose the heavy armor restrictions.
