A friend of mine created a homebrew subclass for 5E Cleric called the Coffee Domain. I had fun creating a character with this domain, so hope you don't mind if I share! Here is the information for the Domain along with PDFs of the character I built and even a video I recorded:
I think the first level ability deals with edge cases and handing out a feat feels cheap. I would love to see something like the warlock's pact invocation aspect of the moon, allowing the character to stay awake all night. Perhaps expertise in perception?
I also don't think getting Acrane Recovery –or in this case, Divine Recovery– as a capstone is very satisfying. Perhaps that should be the first level ability instead.

I agree with Astromancer, the first level ability feels like a cop-out. Also, feats are balanced around forsaking an ABI, so handing it out for free at lv 1 feels a bit game-breaking. And frankly being immune to Sleep and Slow both seem pretty strong to me, but I'm somewhat new to the realm of homebrewing, so I might be wrong. I would change it to advantage, at the most.
Otherwise, I think the flavor (no pun intended) of it is pretty cool.
Being immune to sleep isn't so overpowered. Elves have that. I feel it should instead be written "Magic can't put you to sleep." and should not grant immunity to slow. Slow is a time manipulation spell. Not an exhaustion inducing spell.
Gaining a feat as a class feature is not overpowered (depending on the feat) as it would make no difference if it were a class feature that grants the same benefit as the feat. I feel that 1st level grants too many benefits, however.

Devious serpent folk devoid of compassion, yuan-ti manipulate other creatures by arousing their doubts, evoking their fears, and elevating and crushing their hopes. From remote temples in jungles, swamps, and deserts, the yuan-ti plot to supplant and dominate all other races and to make themselves gods.
First level domain benefits seem to be roughly equal to feats, so I wouldn't have a problem handing out Alert as a first level domain ability. However, the feat PLUS the immunity to sleep AND slow seems like too much.
