So one of the abilities I am having issues with is I am trying to give a subclass expertise in wisdom saving throws.
I have tried in the modifier using Twice proficiency > Wisdom Saving Throws and Expertise > Wisdom Saving Throws. On my test character it doesnt work. The class is blood hunter so they do have proficicency in Wisdom saving throws.
Am just wondering am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

Loex - A Lizardfolk Lvl 4/7/4 Hexblade Profane Blood Hunter/ Battlesmith Artificer/ Cleric of the Forge Arborea - A Warforged Lvl 5 Hexblade Warlock Archive - A Autognome Lvl 3 Old One Warlock ER15 - A Autognome Lvl 7 Binder Warlock
It just seems wierd expertise doesnt work with saving throws but on the character sheet if you click and customise on a saving throw value you can still give the character expertise on the saving throw

I would assume that having Expertise with someone means that you've done it or practiced it enough to be an "expert" at it. Not sure if it would be normally feasible to practice saving throws day after day.
But reading this made me take a closer look at Proficiency and Expertise.
While Proficiency can be learned for weapons, armor, saving throws, skills, and tools. Expertise can only be applied to skills that you have Proficiency with. The only exception I found for that is that Rogues can apply Expertise to Thieve's Tools.

Good luck and may you roll 20's when you need them and 1's when you need a laugh. - myself
Expertise is a reference to a modifier for Expertise class feature (Rogues, Bards). It got replaced with Twice Proficiency for things like feats and racial features as more stuff got added.
Do realise, this homebrew system we use was not built as a homebrew system. It was designed as tools for devs to make the official content, so they have modifiers and things for making class features and weapons and more that are not compatible for the homebrew they let us use. They are planning a revamp for a proper homebrew system.
No official features grants double-proficiency for saving throws, so no modifier exists specifically for this and other twice-proficiency stuff only works for skills. The solution was posted above.

Twice proficiency and expertise isn't meant to work with saves.
Try additional bonus - proficiency bonus.
That worked!

Artificers have expertise in every tool they are proficient in. But that is UA.
