It is not official Unearthed Arcana by Wizards of the Coast, so you could create it in homebrew.
Thanks, I just asked the creator of I can do that. They said that I can as long as it's private. So just to make sure, I can create private homebrew that only I have access to right?
Or is ally homebrew automatic available to anybody that joins my campaigns as well?

Private homebrew (in your collection) is automatically shared within a campaign, but that is still "private" and not against any rules.
