Um when making a subclass that gets a resource to spend like sorcerer or ki points how do we do that? Also with the release of Tasha's is custom warlock pact boons and invocations available yet? Don't know where to check for this.

1.  You make a feature and then add an “Action” to the feature. Designate an “Activation Type” and a “Reset Type” and save the Action. Then, edit that action you just created and scroll to the bottom and you can now add “Limited Use” data. That’s what you need.
2. Not yet. You will know when we can because we will be able to create base classes. As long as we are restricted to subclasses we cannot create or alter base class features.
