There is no way to limit such an effect in the character sheet. If you were adding advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects, you would do this:
Modifier: Advantage -> Submodifier: Saving Throws -> Details: Against spells and other magical effects.

I can add to saves but not specifically vs magic. Please help.
What are you trying to add? Advantage on saving throws versus magic or proficiency on saving throws versus magic?
