So I am trying to Homebrew a race but I need to add a choice making the player allowed to choose 2 out of like 5 skills.

Find a race that already does that, make a homebrewed race using that one as the template, then dissect it to learn how it was accomplished. You can delete the unneeded “Copy_of_[Race]“ when you are done.
