I need some 2nd and 3rd opinions on my NPC's CR. I took all the data from this NPC from it's PC stat sheet version which is why it has so many features and spells. Still, I don't know if I should keep its Hit Points at the PC level or raise it in case the NPC becomes an enemy.
CR is not even close to a 5 at my first glance. I'd raise the NPCs hit points by a lot, monsters are not meant to be "glass cannons" like PCs are, and as long as he's not adventuring with them (which he probably shouldn't be anyway) no one will notice. (I'd say to get CR 5 you'd need 7 "player levels," probably more, along with doubled hit points.)

Can't see it. It says that the page cannot be found. Is it public or private?

My bad. I fixed it to be shared with the community. I had thought that just giving the link out would be enough.
I'm not sure. Check in DMG. It says that a 1st lvl character is 1/4 or 1/2 match for monsters. So check for that. Might be 2 or 3.

Wow. Okay.
So if I doubled the Hit Points, would you say that's a CR 3?
Maybe. Probably

If it’s supposed to be a level 5 character I would say CR3ish.
