As in Title. I cant find Toll the Dead as a Selectable option to add to a Feat I'm making for a Player. The Feat is supposed to grant the Toll the Dead Cantrip, Hellish Rebuke and Inflict Wounds. Both the Leveled Spells appear no problem but the Cantrip can't be added for some reason. Despite other Cantrips being in the selectable list.

Hellish rebuke and inflict wounds are both free access spells, toll the dead is not. To use it in a homebrew you will have to purchase Xanathar’s Guide from this website.
