I'm recreating the Aberrant Mind as homebrew for my games and I'm trying to add the AC=13+DEX modifier. It lets me add flat bonuses like +2 or +3 but not any form of calcuation.

• Modifier—>Set
• modifier subtype—>Unarmored Armor Class
• Fixed Value—>3

It automaticity adds Dex.

Are you sure the fixed value shouldn't be 13 not 3?

How would I add the third option of Revelation in Flesh. It lets you:
-slip through gaps as wide as 1 inch

-merge your equipment into your body

-Spend 5 feet of movement to escape from a grapple

 Yes, because it starts at 10, if you put 13 your starting AC would be 23.

 you need to create the bonus action for Revelation in Flesh in the first place. The rest of it should just be text.
