Dm created an item that can upgrade. It started off as a 12 dc +5 attack for storm sphere cast from the item. It upgraded and got a +2 to the DC and attack. I'm trying to make the item in the builder but I can't seem to edit what the spell attack is. Editing the storm sphere part only let's me change the dc, and adding a modifier to the item adds additional spell attack to my character that I don't get. What am I missing here?
