Hi all,

I hope I'm not the only one having this issue, but I am trying to test a new homebrew item (magic weapon) that I am creating for my game. I do this by having two tabs open; one with the homebrew item edit screen and the other with a test character that I have assigned the item to. However, when I update the homebrew items the changes either don't show up or take ages to do so.

I suspect this is a caching thing when fetching a list of equipment that can be assigned (which makes sense) but it's making it nearly impossible to properly test my item, as I seem to have to wait for 5 minutes every time I make a change (and since there is little documentation on what all the different modifiers do, I am having to keep making little changes to see what happens until I get my desired item).

Does anyone else have a similar issue and perhaps knows a way to get around it? Thanks.

I have not-do you refresh the tab the character is on every time you save a change to the item? I always see the updated item when I do that

Yes, every time. How odd. Maybe its a browser issue? I use Chrome. What browser do you use?

Edit: Tried this in Firefox also and same thing happens.

It didn’t used to be an issue. This started after they upgraded the character sheet. I think it’s because the sheet is upgraded but not the homebrew system yet (I believe that’s in the works). I have been having the same issue on Safari.
