I have followed the guidelines laid down by the chart that Stormknight posted back in 2017. I still keep getting the message "This homebrew Subclass does not have the necessary class features with the correct required levels." has something changed?

two things - Have you hit the save button on the main subclass page? The check for publishing is only done when you hit that save button.

We can't help you confirm if anything is wrong if you don't share some addition info about the sublcass - ie which type of subclass, and which level the features you made are at.

The subclass is that of a Fighter, I have a feature at 3,7,10,15,18. I saved it from the main subclass page and it still doesn't let me publish it. 

Hmm, I remember seeing something about fighters needing one more feature at a level (I think 5) even thought it's not listed on the necessary levels.  Let me see if I can find the thread about it.

Also just so you know, it is not necessary to publish a subclass to share in your Campaigns.  I highly recommend you wait to publish for a long time because once published it is very hard to fix it.

There is a glitch that is currently requiring a 5th level feature to publish fighter subclasses. If you keep playtesting and editing pretty soon that glitch should have been resolved and you will be able to publish it properly.
