In the modifiers section of homebrewing, what do I do to increase ability scores by 1 but doesn't surpass 20?
just like in the Elven Accuracy feat.
Modifier: Bonus->Subtype: Choose an Ability Score->Fixed Value: 1
Depending on what exactly you’re trying to do, you might want to use a different Modifier Subtype, such as one of the limited lists of Abilities, or even just a single Ability Score.
