I'm trying to add a special attack through a feat, because the homebrew tools suck and won't let me do it through a magic weapon, but I cannot seem to get the proficiency option to take effect. I check it off, I save the thing, then I save the whole feat, but no matter what, whenever I go back to edit the attack part, the proficiency box has become unchecked.

Presumably, this isn't an issue for Polearm Master. Am I missing some trick to this?

Whenever you re-edit an action it always does that. Happens on Subclasses and Races too. Every time we have to remember to recheck that box before saving.

Okay, so it Is sticking when I save it, and only un-checks itself when I hit the edit button again? That's very good to know.

I have one additional question regarding the snippets. I'm trying to get proficiency bonus + intelligence modifier, but I can't figure out how to do that. {{proficiency+modifier:int}} doesn't seem to work.

{{(proficiency+modifier:int)}} or {{(proficiency+modifier:int)#unsigned}} if you don't want the + sign
