How do you make a spell slot increase homebrew feat?

I went to the spell slot bit on the modifier but there isn't a category to fill. Is there another way to go about this?

It is not currently possible to increase the number of spell slots on a character. The closest we can get is to add an action with a limited use as a stand in.
