I added a fixed value to a subclass feature and it doesn't seem to work. It just shows {{fixedvalue}} in the description. Also, if I add another fixed value at a higher character level, does it override when the character levels? Thanks.
I think that {{fixedvalue}} may be the wrong snippet code to use here, I believe you need to use {{scalevalue}}
Confusing, I know, I'm not personally sure where the correct place to use {{fixedvalue}} is; maybe as part of an action snippet? I don't think I've ever actually used it, but basically if you're doing level scaling then it's {{scalevalue}} that you want, this will show a die roll, a fixed value or a combination of the two depending upon which values you've set.
The snippet guide could really do with some more examples of where to use some of these snippet codes.

{{fixedvalue}} isn't used in the Class Feature snippet because their is no FIXED VALUE field in a Class Feature. Which means {{fixedvalue}} is not used on your character sheet's FEATURES & TRAITS tab.
However there is a FIXED VALUE field in a Class Feature's ACTIONS. This FIXED VALUE can be changed in the Class Feature's Action's LEVEL OVERRIDES.
{{fixedvalue}} is used in the snippets for a subclass's Class Feature's Action to display this number that can be changed at particular levels. {{fixedvalue}} is used on your character sheet's ACTIONS tab.
This does not appear to work on homebrew Feat's Actions even though it has a level override.

Thanks I'll try that. I think it also has to go in the snippet box, not description.
