So I was looking to build a scaling magic item that would add the bearer's proficiency bonus to armor class.
From the homebrew tools, it allows me to add a modifier of type "Bonus" to subtype "Armor Class" and I can then select "Additional Bonus Types" of Proficiency Bonus. The issue is that this does nothing.
Magic items are not designed to pull stats like that from a character sheet. You would have to list it as plain txt and the player would have to adjust it manually on their character sheet.

Any thoughts?
