want to add disavantage to enemy on saves

Not sure that I added it in the right way.    I want my wonderous item to impose a disadvantage on enemy saves.

I tried   Modifiers - Disadvantage wisdom sqving throw.  But nothing shows up.   Have a put this in incorrectly?

That would be done with plain txt. Nothing on your character sheet can actually affect anyone else’s character sheet.

Ah yes, I thought when selecting it in the item it would show up in the text somewhere.   

No. Txt shows up in the txt, modifiers show up in the mechanics. If you attach any Disadvantage to anything to a magic item, and then you yup that to your character, you are technically giving yourself disadvantage.
