anyone know how to fix the "This homebrew Subclass has data mapped to it that is licensed content or private homebrew. This typically occurs when licensed or private homebrew spells are linked to the Subclass." and this shows up even if the subclass is finished.......HELP
Ok, that will occur whenever you include anything that is NOT within the Basic Rules to the subclass, even if its in the Player's Handbook. So if you gave them an innate spell, such as Blade Ward cantrip, then it will show that.
PS: It does it on anything that you link something to, not even under Subclass.
The other thing that will throw that code is if you have created any Homebrewed spells and attach any of those that you have not “shared with the community,” aka published. As long as you publish those spells first you will then be able to publish the subclass.
As a final note, you don’t need to publish anything just for you and your friends to use it. So you can really attach any darn spells you like, as long as you don’t publish the subclass.

To add to and clarify Friday_Is_Here’s post, that happens whenever we try to do one of two things.
Attach any official spell that was not published by WotC for free. You can only include spells from the Basic Rules & SRD, as well as the Elemental Evil Player’s Companion since that was also published for free. If you try to attach an official spell that did not originally appear in one of those sources, it will throw that code. For the complete list of approved spells, follow this link: ,https://www.dndbeyond.com/spells?filter-class=0&filter-search=&filter-verbal=&filter-somatic=&filter-material=&filter-concentration=&filter-ritual=&filter-sub-class=&filter-source=1&filter-source=4

I hope that helps.
