I bought Xanathars Guide To Everything on the Dndbeyond mobile app and it is bugging out saying I have to buy it again and everytime I do my google play says that I already own it, I had deleted the app and re-download it 3 times and nothing happened

Purchases through the app are notoriously buggy. You will likely have to contact support for the App Store.
