I feel like nobody really deletes the posts, although you mention it a lot. Is that just me?
It isn’t just you and it eternally annoys me. Delete the above post and for future reference use the cult of Bullethawk for conversation
It bothers me, too. I try to delete my posts, so I'm sorry if there are some I've missed.

I haven't actually joined the tavern, I'm sure it's really great but I think if I join this late in the game (I'm really new to ddb) I would have no idea what's going on. It being the biggest cult, over 3000 pages and all, I would be totally lost unless someone gave me a summary or something.
Also, these other cults make mine feel so insignificant, it's like, three million times smaller and it's pretty much already dead even though I made it two days ago, I'd feel like a major noob if I even wrote a single message on the tales of adventurer's taern just because so many pros post on it.

We were not pros when we started. I had less posts than you do.

Not anymore, and you are pros now. At least, compared to me. I'm more of an active person, martial arts, baseball, hardcore mtb, I try not to use ddb during my sessions because I like using actual books or physical character sheets. I've just recently started posting.

For the tavern we don’t know what’s going on most of the time. I made the tavernpedia to help with that.
i joined a month ago, i never know what is happening. you learn some things over time though. i'd recommend literally anyone join the thread. just a warning though the tavern is addicting, if you leave for more than an hour serious FOMO will occur.

In general just read the rules and jump in. The tavern is a nice place and people are always welcome the plot doesn’t exist save for some encounters that get run from time to time. The power creep is a bit much but we are going to have an encounter break after people finish their quests that will hopefully give lower levels a chance to shine

that will be awesome. I am looking to have Auril kill off koldaris so there are less gods around.

In my homebrew world, someone like Eris would be called a God-Vessel, but you would have to ask Half.

Okay, I'm thinking about introducing another character. I'm thinking an old pc who just so happened to walk into a tavern populated by 20th level characters.

None of my characters are 20th level. Astara is CR 10, Konyan is level 15, and Mithris is level 13.
