Welcome one and all, to the Magnificent Guild of Homebrew! This a guild for homebrew. we can share homebrew with each other, give feedback on each other's homebrew, help other's create homebrew, talk about homebrew, and create mini encounters to playtest homebrew.
rules:
No swearing
No cults or cult wars shall be spoken of
Be nice and respectful
When giving feedback on homebrew, be nice, and instead of saying things like "this is good, this is bad" say what is good or bad. and try to have at least one good thing
nice! I like how it basically has the benefit any magic item has and nothing else (counting as magic), but it's easy to get. (common rarity). one thing: you could make it say (any weapon) instead of (club)
light elemental:
really cool! I can't really find anything I think is done badly or could be improved!
edit: oh, one thing. you could give it the primordial language.
totally a magic ring:
ok, it's pretty funny but.... I probably wouldn't use it in a normal campaign.
ultimate mockery:
a bit weak for 8th level. I also think that having effects that last for more the the duration of the spell is not a good idea, and saying "it feels terrible" is kinda unessisary. but I really like the concept, the psychic damage every turn, and the mental score being reduced!
soul of sauce:
lol... the concept is kinda.... weird and unnecessary, but the executed it well so...
Primordial Sphere. inspired by AtLA when aang is fighting the fire lord. he then enters avatar state, and make the sphere around him of all the elements... he then proceeds to fly around and absolutely destroy his enemy.
Small little thing. Increasing armor seems more like an earth thing than a water thing.

I would agree, but I wanted all the elements to be about the same power, and water was too weak and earth was too powerful. solution: water get's extra AC.

I just made it to season 2 of AtLA, so please put half of that in spoilers

welcome, Thauraeln_The_Bold! I was really hoping you'd show up!
Valashae:
I really like the lore/personality/culture part! very well done!
for the ability score increase, maybe change it to 2 wisdom, 1 con? nature' blessing is really cool! I don't know about child of the forest... IMO, resistance to non-magical bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing does not really fit.
Spellslayer:
I really like this! countering blows is super cool! I really like the second part of destroyer of the occult. however, the first part is not so good, IMO. it's the only feature in the entire subclass that uses charisma, so it does not really make sense to make a charisma build for it. but i uses charisma so...plus the feature forces the DM to reveal if it can cast spells.

Wis and Con could work, thanks! The resistance is because whacking a tree won't be very effective, though I might take out the other two options.
The feedback on the Spellslayer is helpful, thanks!

nope. do you think it should?
Maybe, since it's only an uncommon item. It would add some more strategic thinking. It's your choice, though.
