(P.S. If you want to know, the players are level 5.
First, very cool magic items. Second, I think the Crown should be Very Rare (advantage on three saves and resistance to psychic damage is nothing to scoff at). Overall, very well done!

All stars fade. Some stars forever fall. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Homebrew:Magic Items,Monsters,Spells,Subclasses ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If there was no light, people wouldn't fear the dark.
Okay, I came up with another magic item. People in the campaign, do not read this, or I will find you, delete all of your homebrew, and give you a stern lecture on listening to what other people say.
Darkhelm Wonderous item, rare (requires attunement by a creature of non-good alignment)
This onyx-black helm appears to be made of pure darkness. The helm has 3 charges, and regains 1d3 charges daily at dusk. As an action, you can expend a charge to cast animate dead or vampiric touch (save DC 15, spellcasting modifier +4).
In addition, you can expend a charge to attempt to establish permanent control over one undead creature within 30 feet of you. The undead must succeed on a DC 15 Charisma saving throw or obey your orders (no action required) until you die. If the undead is of CR 2 or higher, this feature of the helm automatically fails.

a group of elemental cantrips made for my upcoming atla themed monk subs.
A few things:
Water jet gaining you temporary hit points doesn't really make sense to me flavor-wise. Instead, maybe push the target 5 feet away with each hit.
Fiery blaze is more of a detriment than an offensive spell at lower levels. Word of radiance and thunderclap already do that damage, don't have a detriment, and increase damage, rather than range, and I'd say that increasing damage is more important than increasing range.
Earthen disk ignoring half and three-quarters cover doesn't make sense to me because it would be almost like any other projectile. Maybe have a chance to knock the target prone.
I like that rushing air does thunder damage and prevents opportunity attacks, but maybe reduce the range so it makes more sense to use in the thick of combat.

Yes. If you read it and didn't know, that's fine. It's not a bit deal.

water-jet this is based of atla where it is standard combat practice when waterbending to intwine defense and attack in this fashion
fiery blaze-i will boost the damage to a d10 keeping the area scale though.
earthen disk-this was a very intentional design choice to reduce how much a player may want to move around again owning to atla bending (knocking prone would do the exact opposite effect plus have you seen sapping sting)
