very. it would be too powerful for a legendarily even, IMO. if it were an artifact, with possibly some other benefits, then it would be balanced. (artifacts are supposed to be destroy the game OP).

true.I think a nice way to balance it would be to make it a sentient legendary Item that only grants that ability if you help it achieve its goals. and have the item be so fussy, that it is a never-ending struggle to actually get anything done.

inspired by he plague zombie to come in VRGtR (which I wil not be getting), I have created a homebrew one of my own.
