Zenix is speaking to the raven queen at the edge of the forest
Bitrelyn is studying the targets, her hand fingering the wand on her hip.
Yazrin is in the woods.
Phantom is flying out towards the lake. When he reaches it, he lands on the shore, and watches the moon and stars, crying slightly.
Clara, who is nearby, comes down from the roof, "Hey, you ok?"
He sighs, and chuckles slightly. "Nights like these...they remind me of my wife..." A tear falls, hissing slightly when it touches the grass.
She seems to pick up on the traces of sadness, "Did it..... hurt for her?"
He nods. "I think so...but it was quick. A fallen deity killed her...at our wedding too......" He sighs and curls up on the ground. "Right after we had said our vows, too......" She notices a band of sliver scales on one of his claws, seemingly out-of-place, until she realizes that it corresponds with where a wedding ring would be.
"Hm.... and have you....... been able to properly grieve?"
"Not entirely......She left me with a city to rule......and a pair of wyrmlings to raise..."
"Thats rough..."
He chuckles sadly. "You have no idea..." He says quietly.
"No, i don't really know." She says, patting his arm
He dwarfs her easily. Even laying down and curled up, he's still nearly 30 feet tall. He smiles faintly, as another tear glimmers in his eye.
She flips through a small book, before offering a flower
He smiles slightly, and in a swirl of mist shifts to the form of a handsome moon elf. He takes the flower from her. "Thank you..."
"No problem pal." She nods, flipping to a different page in the book
"I don't think you ever told me your name. I'm Phantomizakell, or Phantom if that's easier to remember or say."
"Clara," She offers a handshake
He smiles slightly, and shakes her hand. Sure enough, he still wears a wedding band; an ornately engraved silver band with snowflakes barely visible, but that almost seem to fall through the metal as it shifts in the light.
"So, you have kids?" She asks, "Guessing thats tough""
He sits down and nods. "Twins too. Very rumbunctious, and both each other's best friend and worst enemy." He chuckles.
"That reminds me of my cousins, they were like two sides of a coin. Hated eachother, but made the best team."
He smiles. "Yep. That's them. My daughter is a budding mage, while my son is a warrior at heart already. As different as night and day." He chuckles again.
"I'd enjoy meeting them." She says, "I'm somewhat decent at magic,"
He smiles more. "I'd love to introduce you to them. Just a warning, the title 'rambunctious balls of chaos' is very appropriate for those two." He says with a laugh.
"Don't worry, i can handle myself," she says with a friendly wink
He laughs. "Perhaps you can. Have you ever dealt with 3-month-old wyrmlings before, though?"
"No, but i detained a cat once."
He nods, suitably impressed. "Cats...are so impossible." He says with a laugh. "Although at one point, I managed to herd all the stray cats in one of the cities to the vet. That was challenging."
"That explains how you can handle kids." she nods
"That was nearly 2,000 years ago..." He says wryly, chuckling.
"So add on 2,000 years of experience,"
His lips thin to a line. "Not really...Been a bit too busy with other things to herd cats..." He says laughing slightly.
"I mean experience in general. So you've had an additional 2,000 years of life."
He nods. "But not really with children...especially none that I was responsible for..."

Raphael continues to be worried about Myrn
“I’m happy to do anything with you” Myrn is still choosing to ignore the gnawing feeling
"Do you like tests?"
“It depends on what kind of test”
"Test of character. Like being humble and putting others before you and what not..."
“Oh- I can do that”
"Okay." They say, finally reaching the shore. They have a sudden realization. "Have you ever been friends with a halfling?"
“Yes, when I was alive”
"Good... Mind if I get some paper work for a bit?"
“I don’t mind”
"Thanks." They say, flying off.
*What does Myrn do while they wait?*
Myrn finds a thing on the ground and make a lil whirlwind it keep it afloat in the air, you know like when you have balloons filled with air and keep it from hitting the ground, that’s similar to what Myrn is doing rn
Myrn can never get quite comfortable, everything seems to slightly tick him off. A series of winds continue to blow him down, keeping him from reaching any considerable hight
“High angels and god thinking they can control everything” he grumbles to himself
They find a shiver go down their spine upon muttering the statement
“Fine I’ll keep it internalized, you happy?” Raphael can see Myrn giving the air sass when he comes back
Raphael chuckles a bit when they return. "You okay?"
“Yeah, this place is just- a bit more controlling than I remembered”
"Its the plane of good and law, and you aren't a creature of law any more... It rubes you the wrong way."
