 "I didn't have to prepare anything. Nature took care of that for me. Come on, we're going for a nice walk." He led her through the forest, the sunlight between the trees making a very picturesque scene before them.

 "Well, the forest is very nice either way" Poppy smiles

 "This isn't even it, wait until you see the destination."

 "Well now you've got my atteniton," poppy says, humming as they walk

 After about 40 minutes of a peaceful walk with varying amounts of trees, they reach a small clearing, it seems to be a small valley next to a heavily wooded lake. A waterfall is pouring into it from the lake, making a very blue and deep looking pool at the bottom. A rainbow from the mist seemed to twirl around the waterfall. It practically looked like a dream.

 "Wow....." Poppy says, "This is beautiful"

 "It is, I figured you like it." He took a seat near the edge, reaching into another black portal and pulling out a picnic basket.

 "Well you figured right," Poppy smiles, sitting next to him

 He set the basket in between them. "The sight is much better now that you are a part of it." He opened the basket, inside was some sandwiches, a couple oranges, and of course a carefully wrapped up and placed carrot milkshake.

 "Flattery will get you mostly anywhere" Poppy says, "Thanks for packing a milkshake"

 "No problem. I know you like it a lot, so it's kind of low-hanging fruit as a gift." He held up a orange. "Forgive the pun."

 "I'll forgive it."

 He set the orange down and grabbed a sandwhich enjoying it as he looked at the view.

 Poppy takes a bite out of a sandwich aswell, "mmmm,"

 It was a cooked lettuce, cooked mushroom and scalloped potato sandwich. Next to where she grabbed the sandwich was a few different packets of condiments.

 "This is good," poppy smiles

 "Thanks, I put it together myself." He finished his sandwich and unpeeled an orange, pulling off a few slices and tossing it down into the pool below. Right before it they hit the surface, some fish caught them mid-air.

 "Ooo, fish"

 "They're fish from the lake that gets caught in the waterfall there, Fish adapted to lake life aren't very used to strong or fast currents, so it's very easy for them to get swept up in it." He ate a orange slice and handed one to Poppy.

 Poppy nods, popping the orange slice into her mouth, 'Thats pretty neat"

He nods. "Eventually, many years from now, those fish in the lake will have evolved to resist the current, similar to how salmon swim against river currents, so that they don't get caught in it anymore."

 "Wow, evolution is weird."

 He chuckled. "It can be. Let me know when you're done eating, there's something I want us to do."

 Poppy nods, "I will. What is it?"

 "Do you like dancing?"

 Poppy nods, finishing her sandwhich

 "Then I think you'll like what I have planned."

 "Well, i'm done eating...." Poppy says, standing

 Ettor smiled, standing up himself and holding out a hand, stepping ever closer to the edge. "Take my hand, you'll be fine."

 Poppy takes his hand nervously

 He takes a step off the edge, levitating himself as he slowly leads Poppy off. "I need you to relax and take a step."

 Poppy trusts them, taking a step off

 It felt like her foot was taking a step on a pile of feathers a few feet deep, but it also felt solid and reliable to stand on.

 "Woah, ok" She wobbles a bit, before getting her footing

 Ettor chuckled as he levitated them both down a little bit, below the edge. The ravine/small valley felt like a cavern, having a concave inside, The sides were dark and gave of small sparkling lights like stars that seemed to move.

 "Its pretty. And scary"

 "Don't worry, I'm here to keep you steady. Now, for the dance." He slowly led her in a small waltz, letting her get used to it.

 Poppy laughs lightly at the weightless feeling

 He smiled as he slowly sped up slightly, moving at normal speed. The sunlight from above felt like a wide spotlight trained on them.

 Poppy smiles at him as they dance

I've been... okay. I've been busy, definitely.

 Same here... I visited my aunt recently. She had... A lot of stuff that she told me was going on..

 In Eigas, the war is beginning to reach a climax...

 ... She didnt tell me that part. Its... concerning

 If theres no interference.... Its very possible

Do you plan to interfere?

 (Definitely. Me and Kite are going to go deal with that and some other Sogel issues. We'll probably bring some more people, too)
