 Azazel hisses slightly when his hand is cut, "Ow! What the hell?"

 "had to check" he said, sheathing his dagger. "what are you" he said, narrowing his eyes at Azazel "a normal person doesn't heal up on the spot"

 "Yeah, like this place is normal." Azazel says, "I don't know what this is, but its never happened before. Atleast not that i know." THe wound on his hand begins to close

 "eh whatever" he said, shrugging while holding up Azazel's hand, the one he cut. "Its mending itself". 

 "What the....?" Azazel watches the wound close, "Thats creepy."

 "mhm" he said "anyways" he turned around and started walking back through the tree line

 Azazel follows him, deciding to abandon whatever reason he was out here

 Adder lights a cigarette and blows a stream of smoke into the air. The tree's dead foliage made its crushingly dark under them, Adder's cigarette and eyes could be seen but only a outline of his shape.

 "Its kinda dark here." Azazel says, following the glow of their eyes

 "I like it, its nice and calming compared to the sunlight" he said, flicking embers off the cigarette

 "The dark is.... unsettling." azazel mutters, reaching out to hold onto adder's sleeve

 *How good is Azazel's dark vision?*

Adder sighs and pulls out his sword. It glows slightly like a dim fire, giving off 5 feet of light

 *In terms of darkvision, he has no darkvision*

"Thanks" Azazel says

 "your welcome" he says, before stopping. He looks around for a minutes before finding something metal. He takes his sword tip and lights the inside. The lantern is set ablaze on the inside and gives off more light then the sword, around 10 ft. Adder sticks his hands in his pockets "ok, you can use that to walk out I suppose" he says

 "This gives me bad vibes," Azazel says, looking at the lantern, "Like amnesia."

 "how so?" He asked, putting out his cigarette on his boot. 

 "Dark area, with just a lantern."

 "Oh." He said. He groaned "c'mon, ill lead you out" he said, taking Azazel by the shoulder

 Azazel sighs, "Thank you..." 

*Realised azazel never got adders name oddly enough*

 "Adder, the name is Adder" he said and smiled

 "I'm Azazel." They reply

 "we should've known names by now huh?"

 "Yeah, especially since you tried to flirt, then tried to kill me, then have been watching me for a while."

 He shrugged "yourp triggered some sort of sense in me to follow you and figure out just what the hells you are"

 "I'm human last time i checked."

 "You could be mixed with something else" he said

 "Like what?"

 "demon? Im not sure" he said, nearing the edge of the forest where dark became light. "there you go" he said, not stepping outside of the shadows. Flecks of light were dappled on the his cheeks and horns

 "If i was part demon or something, i'd be a tiefling like you." Azazel says, watching the light dance on his horns

 "I suppose" he said, leaning on a tree trunk

 "Exactly. Its likely not that."

 "your most likely right... Now go on, comeback into the world of light" he said and waved him along

 "Are you going to come too?" Azazel asks

 "why should i?" He asked, pointed ears lowering a bit "after all, my world is in the dark"

 "Does it have to be?" Azazel asks, "Do you want to be in the dark?"

 Adder looked at him for a minute before turning on heel and raising a hand in the air "see ya Azazel, ill be out here..." He said, voice weirdly calm

 Azazel considers going after him, but also doesn't want to go back into the dark. He ends up standing on the edge of the forest instead

 little to Azazel belief that he walked off, Adder was a mere feet away watching him

 *Sneaky child*

Azazel continues to stand at the edge, unable to decide between going back in and leaving. Eventually, azazel starts inching towards the darkned forest

 adder watches, little surprised anyone would come into the dark forest. He reaches out a pale white hand dappled with black and orange spots just barely towards Azazel before quickly pulling it back in

 Azazel seemed to have seen the hand a bit before it was pulled back in, looking curiously at the darkened area adder was in

 Poppy flusters for a few seconds before nodding quietly

 Ettor chuckled as he put his arm back over her.

 Poppy leans into him, "This is platonic, right?" she asks

 "If you really want it to be."

 "I don't know what i want" She says quietly

 "Don't expect me to tell you what you want. Think for a bit, look inside yourself. What do you want this to really be? Take your time."

 Poppy sighs, "You're odd."

 "Yes. Yes I am. But you like that oddness, don't you?"

 "Yeah....." poppy says

 "What else do you like?"

 "I like your ability to float, its neat."

 "Well, that can't be all, I meant something more along the lines of what you like about me personally. Tell me that, and I'll tell you what I like about you."

 "Hmm, you aren't too mean."

 "Because you don't deserve it. Go on, think deeper."

 Poppy thinks for a moment, "I like your eyes."

 "What do you like about them?"

 "I like looking at them. They're nice"

 "What feeling do you get from that?"

 "Like...." Poppy ponders this for a moment, "Like i just had a giant warm mug of cocoa."

 He smiled. "That's a good feeling to have when you look at someone. Anything else?"

 Poppy shrugs, "Not really? Should i feel more?"

 "That's not for me to decide."

 "Fine. What about you?"

 "Well, first of all, I like how cute you are!" He patted her head. "You're also very soft. It's adorable how embarrassed you get when I flirt with you. You are very appreciative about everything, even though you had a less than ideal upbringing. You have also been the first person in the last few decades I've been able to have feelings for."

 Poppy blushes from the compiments, "thats a lot...."

 "When you like someone, you tend to be able to like a lot of things about them, even if you yourself don't realize what you like."

 "Hmmmph" Poppy buries her face in her hands
