Logan is cooking in the kitchen. He looks out, "Does anyone want anything?"

*hmmm, maybe a good oppurtunity to intro a new/also old character.*

Scuttling noises come from somewhere. Like claws tapping on stone.

Poppy looks around, wondering what the source of that noise is

Some pebbles fall from a small edge behind her to her right.

She slowly walks towards it, "Hello?"

When she turned to it, all she caught was a glimpse of a small, golden tail.

Poppy casts mage hand, attempting to grab the tail

There was a slight shriek as the figure attempted to pull against the invisible grab on their tail.

Poppy walks towards them quickly, "Who are you?"

The golden kobold looks at Poppy as she approaches. "N-no one important! It's only a waste of time to talk to me! P-please let me go." She was clutching a satchel to her side, seemingly trying to hide it.

Poppy looks them over for a moment, "Whats in the bag?" She asks

The kobold looks a little fearful, clutching the satchel slightly tighter. "N-nothing! Just some food and water for myself!"

"I can lie better than that." poppy says

The kobold continued pulling against the grip, but to no avail, she doesn't seem very physically strong. "P-please let me go."

Poppy reaches down, picking them up by the tail, "Who are you?"

She whimpers. "I-I'm T-taceli."

*new Kobold?*

Adder has managed to fall asleep but quickly woke up. He groaned, why couldn't he sleep for all entirety. He got up and walked towards the edge of the dark forest, where dark became light. He squinted his eyes and grumbled.

Azazel spots him, then walks over, "Hey, hows the light?"

He muttered something in infernal and looked at Azazel "it burns my eyes, I much rather live underground then in the sunlight."

"Hmmm..... here, let me grab something." Azazel says, searching through a small bag, before pulling out a pair of sunglasses, "Here," He offers them to Adder

adder stares at them and let's Azazel to put them on him. He turns his head around, looking around "that is much better, my eyes still burn a bit but that is fine. Thank you"

"You're welcome" Azazel smiles

he nods and looks around "what do you want to do today?" He asked

"Um.... i'm not quite sure."

Adder stood there, waiting for thoughts to start moving in Azazel's noggin

Azazel thinks for a few moments, "Want to get something to eat?"

Adder snaps his fingers "there the thought I was hoping you say, and yes" he said, walking to the tavern's door and holding it open for Azazel

"Thanks," Azazel says, stepping inside and sitting at a table

"mhm" he said, lighting a cigarette. He sits down at the seat opposite from Azazel

"Is it safe to smoke in here?" Azazel asks, looking down at the menu

"I have no idea" he said, blowing out a stream of smoke towards the floor

"Well, i won't tell ya to stop."

I play a miriad of characters at the lord's rest inn

Two things are infinite: The universe, and human stupidity; and I'm not so sure about the universe.

Scifi horror is quite the trip :) Comics and a story

Adder watched him through narrowed eyes before looking away to get a bartender's attention. "hold up, ill be back" he said and walked over to the bar. He came back after a few second with a water and a whiskey. He set the water down in front of Azazel "you don't seem like you drink so here.." He said and sat back down

*hmmm, maybe a good oppurtunity to intro a new/also old character.*

Scuttling noises come from somewhere. Like claws tapping on stone.

Poppy looks around, wondering what the source of that noise is

Some pebbles fall from a small edge behind her to her right.

She slowly walks towards it, "Hello?"

When she turned to it, all she caught was a glimpse of a small, golden tail.

Poppy casts mage hand, attempting to grab the tail

There was a slight shriek as the figure attempted to pull against the invisible grab on their tail.

Poppy walks towards them quickly, "Who are you?"

The golden kobold looks at Poppy as she approaches. "N-no one important! It's only a waste of time to talk to me! P-please let me go." She was clutching a satchel to her side, seemingly trying to hide it.

Poppy looks them over for a moment, "Whats in the bag?" She asks

The kobold looks a little fearful, clutching the satchel slightly tighter. "N-nothing! Just some food and water for myself!"

Deception:9

"I can lie better than that." poppy says

The kobold continued pulling against the grip, but to no avail, she doesn't seem very physically strong. "P-please let me go."

Poppy reaches down, picking them up by the tail, "Who are you?"

She whimpers. "I-I'm T-taceli."

"Ok Taceli, i'm poppy. Whats in that bag ya got?"

"N-n-none of your concern! Leave it alone. It's mine."

"I feel like thats still my concern. SInce you're sneaking around in the same area as me."

She's still clutching the bag. "W-what are you implying?"

"I think you's a little sneak thief." Poppy says

"N-No! I'm not stealing anything!"

Logan is cooking in the kitchen. He looks out, "Does anyone want anything?"

Adder has managed to fall asleep but quickly woke up. He groaned, why couldn't he sleep for all entirety. He got up and walked towards the edge of the dark forest, where dark became light. He squinted his eyes and grumbled.

Azazel spots him, then walks over, "Hey, hows the light?"

He muttered something in infernal and looked at Azazel "it burns my eyes, I much rather live underground then in the sunlight."

"Hmmm..... here, let me grab something." Azazel says, searching through a small bag, before pulling out a pair of sunglasses, "Here," He offers them to Adder

adder stares at them and let's Azazel to put them on him. He turns his head around, looking around "that is much better, my eyes still burn a bit but that is fine. Thank you"

"You're welcome" Azazel smiles

he nods and looks around "what do you want to do today?" He asked

"Um.... i'm not quite sure."

Adder stood there, waiting for thoughts to start moving in Azazel's noggin

Azazel thinks for a few moments, "Want to get something to eat?"

Adder snaps his fingers "there the thought I was hoping you say, and yes" he said, walking to the tavern's door and holding it open for Azazel

"Thanks," Azazel says, stepping inside and sitting at a table

"mhm" he said, lighting a cigarette. He sits down at the seat opposite from Azazel

"Is it safe to smoke in here?" Azazel asks, looking down at the menu

"I have no idea" he said, blowing out a stream of smoke towards the floor

"Well, i won't tell ya to stop."

Adder watched him through narrowed eyes before looking away to get a bartender's attention. "hold up, ill be back" he said and walked over to the bar. He came back after a few second with a water and a whiskey. He set the water down in front of Azazel "you don't seem like you drink so here.." He said and sat back down

"I don't think i'm allowed to drink..." Azazel sips his water

I play a miriad of characters at the lord's rest inn

"Hmmm..... here, let me grab something." Azazel says, searching through a small bag, before pulling out a pair of sunglasses, "Here," He offers them to Adder

he nods and looks around "what do you want to do today?" He asked

"Hmmm..... here, let me grab something." Azazel says, searching through a small bag, before pulling out a pair of sunglasses, "Here," He offers them to Adder

adder stares at them and let's Azazel to put them on him. He turns his head around, looking around "that is much better, my eyes still burn a bit but that is fine. Thank you"

"You're welcome" Azazel smiles

he nods and looks around "what do you want to do today?" He asked

"Um.... i'm not quite sure."

Adder stood there, waiting for thoughts to start moving in Azazel's noggin

Azazel thinks for a few moments, "Want to get something to eat?"

Adder snaps his fingers "there the thought I was hoping you say, and yes" he said, walking to the tavern's door and holding it open for Azazel

"Thanks," Azazel says, stepping inside and sitting at a table

"mhm" he said, lighting a cigarette. He sits down at the seat opposite from Azazel

"Is it safe to smoke in here?" Azazel asks, looking down at the menu

"I have no idea" he said, blowing out a stream of smoke towards the floor

"Well, i won't tell ya to stop."

Adder watched him through narrowed eyes before looking away to get a bartender's attention. "hold up, ill be back" he said and walked over to the bar. He came back after a few second with a water and a whiskey. He set the water down in front of Azazel "you don't seem like you drink so here.." He said and sat back down

"I don't think i'm allowed to drink..." Azazel sips his water

"what age are you?" He asked

"I'm 19. So i'm not allowed to drink"

Adder let out a little snort like he was stifling a laugh
