"Where should I start? I just came from Curst, a town in the Outlands on the edge of Carceri. It's similar to Carceri itself, though inhabitants aren't forcefully imprisoned. I've been in Sigil a while, too. I have a tower in the Lower Ward. Sigil varies, but it's mostly just an extreme version of a Prime city. The Outlands are mostly wastes, and the outer planes are complicated."
