 "Yes, but sometimes if I leave the core inside of it, it just turns back on by itself. I'm.. not really sure what you mean by the fact that it's alive. I built the whole thing from scratch, so I know it's a robot. But.. thank you by the way. For helping me out. It means a lot."

 "Not a problem. I... really don't know how I figured any of that out. I've really never had any aptitude with this sort of thing."

 Kio writes down his order. "What currency do you use?"

"Anything but soul coins. Before you give me anything, though, I'd like to warn you that the parts will vanish if you take them out of the area."

 "Really? Why?"

"They'll be illusionary. Solid, but illusionary."

 "Alright. How long will it take to make?"

"A couple seconds."

 Kio hands her one gold piece.

"Thank you." The parts appear, and Avarice examines the gold piece, looking to see if it's from a world she recognizes.

 Roll history.

Kio puts the pieces together and gets back to work on the training dummy. "Thank you so much! If there's anything I can do to help you, just ask." He smiled brightly, the tattoos on his cheeks flashing blue.
