Theren is in the library. A book sits in front of him. He isn't reading and seems to be distracted.

Alric is working on a new invention.

BT is protecting an injured Thomas.

A little white kitten bounds up to them, approaching the injured person slowly.

Thomas is propped up against BT. BT watches the kitten carefully.

It slinks up to Thomas and meows at him, trying to see if he's conscious.

Thomas groans and shifts slightly. His helmet is next to his legs. His right hand is covering some bullet holes

The kitten licks the hand. It heals him 19 HP.

Thomas stirs slightly and BT continues to stare at the kitten

*Can you describe them both?*

The kitten tries to heal him again. 17 HP.

*Yep*

Thomas sits up groggily. "What?"

*Oh sweet.*

The kitten climbs up on him and mewls quietly. It licks his face.

*Indeed*

Thomas' eyes are unfocused.

Phantom notices the commotion and walks out. What happened? He telepathically asks the entire group (Yes, including the cat)

"I... I don't know... I c-came out and he was hurt..."

"Let me see what I can do to help then. I'm a cleric, so I should be able to help him." With that, Phantoms eyes and hands begin to glow faintly as he mutters a few words in an unknown language. Suddenly a wave of healing energy washes over Thomas (6th level Heal) healing him for 70 HP.

Thomas sits up straighter. "What the-"

"Hello again. At least this time you don't have your weapon pointed at me." Phantom chuckles a little at that. "The name's Phantom. I'm a cleric and healer, and may have just helped save your life. You were in pretty bad shape there friend."

"Yea. No kidding. You'd look like this if you were ambushed in the dead of night."

"I bet. It was the other pilot, wasn't it?"

"Pilot #45? Yep."

Phantom sighs and shakes his head. "The needless violence and killlng... why?" He says under his breath. "Why are you two so hells-bent on killing each other?"

"He's a rogue Pilot and it is a priority BT and I track him down and kill him."

"Why did he go rogue? Does he even have a reason that you know of?"

"He's a turncoat. A traitor. Thats all we know. he also got into our database."

"Ah, I see. That I can understand then. But still, has anyone asked him why he did what he did?"

"No because we cant talk to him at all."

"Why not?"

"He's cut off all comms with us."

"Hmmmm...." Phantom seems to ponder this. "Interesting. Not entirely sure what that means, but then again, my world isn't as advanced as yours is, so I'm guessing it's a communications device. Doing that isn't exactly the sign of an innocent person, unless that device would have also allowed you to track him...." He seems to continue pondering this.

We have his Titan number so we should be able to find him."

"Interesting. I would be curious as to his actions in the first place, and his fighting back, even the ambush, is easily explained away as fear, but you do you."

"Cheers to that." Thomas says while trying to sit up straighter.

"Careful now there. You're still pretty beat up friend. You may want to rest a day or two before you go and try to find pilot 47, was it?, again.

"I'll be fine." He says

The grass and plants at BT's feet seem to be grabbing him, making the area difficult terrain.

Roots and vines in the area shoot up and start wrapping around BT as well, attempting to restrain him. (DC 18 athletics check to break free)

There is a loud bang from outside.

She jumps and looks out her window.

Thomas is hovering in midair while BT is firing shoulder rockets at trees. "BT STOP!"

About 20 of the trees suddenly animate and start coming towards BT.

BT easily destroys them

The grass and plants at BT's feet seem to be grabbing him, making the area difficult terrain.

Roots and vines in the area shoot up and start wrapping around BT as well, attempting to restrain him. (DC 18 athletics check to break free)

Athletics: 12
