"Yea, I've been studying up on some magic so I can be useful when we go to find your momma and papa! How are you?"
"Dizzy" they said and chuckled "I want to learn how to use a sword mostly"
"Swords are heavy and they can get dirty easily. On the other hand magic can be cool and beautiful." he points his finger at the air and a tiny flame appears on the finger
"I know, but I love how elegant they can be" they said
"When in the right hands they are." Albwin says with a smile. He then extinguishes the flame.

Albwin closes the book. "Why do you keep on spinning?" there is genuine confusion in his voice.

Soldaer chuckles "I should be. I'm a ranger and druid." He looks up at Nessa. "I'm Soldaer. What's your name?" He asks with a genuine smile.
She returned the smile gratefully. "Nessa. I'm a knight. I've always admired druids and rangers. I don't think I could ever have that kind of connection with nature, even if I tried."
Soldaer chuckles. "Most knights at least know how to control a horse. No offense intended, of course." He says with a smile, before thinking for a minute. "I may be able to teach you, if you want that is."
She scoffed teasingly. "I can control a horse! Just... not without tack. Maybe a lesson or two would be.. beneficial I suppose.."
Soldaer laughs. "Are you sure....?" He asks playfully. "I mean, it's a lot of work learning how to control a horse without tack and barding." He says with a playful and teasing smile, and just a hint of sarcasm.
