Oscar was outside mediating in the iron desert. The warm wind whipped her hair about as she slowly breathed in and out. Tink and Bonk ran around in the sand happily.
Allison was reading outside. She whispered words that were imbued with magical energy.
Krathian is taking a walk and notices. "What are you reading?"
She looks up and smiles "simple magical text" she said "Story's about gods"
"Hmm," he sits down next to her, cross-legged, "Which gods?"
"Gods of knowledge and peace" she said and grinned
"Sounds nice." He kind of just sits with her for a minute, before pulling out a wooden rod.
"What's that for?" she asked and raised an eyebrow.
He takes a deep breath. "I...haven't told you everything I should've. Or rather, given it to you." he hands her the rod. "There are a few things that I left out of the memories around the tavern. Intentionally. I didn't want anybody to see them, especially you." he wrings his hands. "These are them."
"What are you talking about krathian?" she asked, not taking the rod from him. She closes her books and watches him with her silver eyes.
"These are memories - my memories - of you. Everything that happened in Copsus. These are as much yours as mine and I kept them from you. I'm sorry."
She looks at the rod and takes it. Her eyes become a silvery-white color as she seems to slump over a bit and on to Krathian's shoulder.
He sits there and waits, hands folded, staring at his shoes.
She gasps again, coughing violently for a minute after not breathing for a few seconds
He rubs her shoulder. "I'm sorry." he says.
*Me who has forgotten, please remind the lawrence*
She rubs her eyes a bit,
*He kept all their memories that occurred in copsus in the rod, including the first time they kissed, Venna's resurrection, the battle with ehoich, etc.*

Hi, I am not a chest. I deny with 100% certainty that I am a chest. I can neither confirm nor deny what I am beyond that.
I used to portray Krathian, Q'ilbrith, Jim, Tara, Turin, Nathan, Tench, Finn, Alvin, and other characters in various taverns.
Nerima is sitting on a table, gnawing on what looks like a raw piece of meat.
Wolfe is drinking coffee.
Soldaer and Shade walk back inside after a good, intense round of training. Soldaer spots Love. You wouldn't be more comfortable sleeping in, say, a bed? he asks, slightly amused
She sleepily wakes up, looking around. Huh? I'm perfectly fine here.
Soldaer chuckles. C'mon. You can use my bed for now. I'm not that tired yet, and you obviously are. It's quieter upstairs, and you'll be less likely to be disturbed by other people.
She yawns. Well, I'm awake now, so don't worry about it.
Soldaer chuckles again. It's not very often I see someone fall asleep in the rafters here, especially considering that's one of the places the spined devil likes to hang out.
THE WHAT?! She instantly jumps down.
Soldaer laughs. "You didn't realize there was a spined devil here? He's usually either up in the rafter or flying around outside the tavern, so I'm a little surprised you didn't notice him."
"You say that like it's normal for a devil to be hanging around." She looks around warily.
Soldaer chuckles. "Around here it is. There's also an Archdevil, a demon, a demon lord, a deposed demon lord, and a few other fiends wandering around, as well as, last I checked, about three or four different angels."
Her eyes went wide. "WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS?"
"Oh, and there's a deity somewhere upstairs!"
She steps forward and grabs his shoulders, shaking him. "AGAIN, WHAT IS THIS PLACE?!"
Soldaer laughs. "The Tavern at the End of the World. Pretty much a safe zone for anyone and anything. Also kind of a multiversal hub of sorts, so of course you're going to get a lot of unusual people here, like demons, devils, angels, even the occasional deity or eldritch abomination."
"What the hells?" She sat down on the ground. "I'm surrounded by things that could kill me in a snap..."
"But what gain would any of them get from it? Besides, within the tavern and about 100 feet to each side, you can't be harmed."
She looked up at him. "It's about the principality of it! Sure they couldn't be bothered to do it, but it kind of... scares me that they could, even if there is protection somehow."
Soldaer shakes his, smiling. "Most of the entities here could kill me with a snap of their fingers if they so wanted, and yet I don't fear them. They have no gain by killing me. Heck, I'm actually friends with a demon lord here. You've probably actually met him without realizing it. His name is Atemos."
She held her head. "Yep, I met him.... I almost pick pocketed a DEMON LORD?"
Soldaer shrugs. "Possibly. He's pretty laid-back usually though. I actually saw him get drunk once. Now that was fun." Soldaer laughs.
She rubbed her nose. "And all he did was pluck my nose yesterday..."
"Like I said, he's very laid-back. Doesn't like fighting, usually." Soldaer looks from side to side. Also, he's allergic to cats. He says with a chuckle.

Phantom, who's outside, lounging and enjoying the sun, turns towards her. Hello, Oscar. I saw what you did with that man's corpse. I'm not telling Soldaer yet, but if you mean him any sort of harm, you'll have to deal with me and my fiancé. With that warning, he turns his head back away from her, and seems to go to sleep.
"I mean him no harm but I have ideals that I must follow if I wish to live" she said "I am fairly good at keeping down my urge to destroy"
Phantom slowly clambers to his feet at this, stretching, his wings fully extended to their nearly 400 foot span, and his tail lashing slightly. That is good. He turns his head back to her and switches to truesight.
he see's three shadows swarming her like an insect plague
Phantom's eyes narrow, following the shadows. I won't pry, but I know you are hiding a dark secret from him, Oscar. If you care for him even remotely, you will not put him in danger.
"I do care for him but if i want my family to not die at the hands of Alleck then i will follow his rule"
(And what if Alleck simply wasn't around anymore? Say, if someone killed him?)
(HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM)
(she would still have the neutral evil alignment)
*True, but alignment is something that can be changed over time. Yazrin's did over the course of his campaign. He started CN, and is currently true neutral.*
Phantom swings his head back towards Oscar. (Well, what do you say? Up for hunting a lich? I know that there's other people here who would willingly join that quest.)
"Mn, i don't need help. I would rather others don't suffer in my line of work unless needed" she said
"Look, I'm offering to help you. I've single-clawedly defeated multiple dracolichs. A normal lich won't be much harder." He gives her a toothy grin.
"Im not in the mood to hear about your conquests dragon" she said and stood up, Tink and Bonk crawled up and on to her shoulder.
"I'm honestly willing to help, but if you don't want it, so be it. I'll leave you one further warning," his head flashes forward around a few feet from Oscar. "Don't toy with Soldaer. Either find a way to actually care for him, or break it off now. I will not tolerate anyone toying with his emotions. He's one of my true friends, and I will protect him." His eyes flash with the promise of death, before he pulls his head back and turns and takes off out over the forest.
"He is not my family, he is not my sister, he is not my mother so i will break it off with him because as of right now, he is not part of me"

"Like I said, he's very laid-back. Doesn't like fighting, usually." Soldaer looks from side to side. Also, he's allergic to cats. He says with a chuckle.
"I know that, he wouldn't stop sneezing when I was around. But still, a DEMON LORD?"
Soldaer nods, a wide grin on his face. "Yep. He's a demon lord. Took Yenoghu's place I believe. Explains why he wanted me to wild shape into a giant hyena..."
Now she just seems confused.
Soldaer looks at her expression and starts laughing. "Yeah...when he first met me and found out I was a druid, the first thing he asked me is if I could wild shape into a giant hyena. That was...interesting, especially when Shade showed up next to him and he jumped straight into the rafters from his chair."
"i was a mother, a mother of a child who died..... a mother who was failed her child." she turned to krathian "i failed you.."
"Batsia nuerida" he swears under his breath "No!" he grabs her by the shoulders "That was always your trouble. You always assumed that you were a burden to everyone, and thus took needless risks with your own life, without regard for the people to whom you mattered or those who cared for you! I brought back your daughter because you, caring of all people, deserved a second chance. Then you proceeded to commit suicide to 'save my life' Allison you ruined my life! Because you underestimate your own value."

She couldn't help but chuckle a bit from the story. "Okay, this is a bit to process for me, because apparently almost everyone here is significantly more well versed in... whatever is going on." She gestures around her, glancing around at the various people, as though expecting them to turn into monsters and eat her alive.
